We don't believe integration has a specific process or prescribed form. Perhaps integration means rest. Perhaps it means having hard conversation. Perhaps it means literally shifting one thing in your life that was brought to life by a big experience (psychedelic or not). And sometimes it is storytelling and listening to stories. Grateful for our community of folks who were willing to share some of their process.
